How Do I Register for Online Access?
If you are not a current registered online user, please go to the “Become a Member” page. This can be found on the header

How Can I Order from your website?
You must have a registered account
Search items via the search bar or browse via the Shop by Department Dropdown.
Once you have found the product you want, adjust the quantity via the up/down arrows or by typing a quantity into the text box.
Click the “Add to Cart” Button
You can view your Cart anytime by clicking “Cart” in the top right corner
Click the green “Checkout” button when ready to checkout
If you have multiple shipping addresses, choose which one you will be shipping to.
Choose payment method using the drop down to select either Credit Card or Purchase Order

What if I only know the OEM or Manufacturer Part Number?You can type the OEM or manufacturer part number directly into our search bar and locate items quick and easy! What is the quickest way to order off your website?You can take advantage of our “Quick Order” tool in the top right corner of the page. Once logged in, click this “Quick Order” button and fill in part numbers and quantities in the drop-down fields. You can click the “Add More Items To Your Order” button to increase the number of fields available. Once you have entered all part numbers and quantities, click the “Add To Cart” button. From there, you can go through the checkout process as you would normally. How does Order History work? Reviewing your past orders and reordering products is now easier than ever.
As a website user, you now have access to your account’s recent order history. Both online orders and orders placed with your sales rep will be displayed here. Once logged in, you can find your account order history on the “My Account” Page. Order history has a lot of great features to make it easy to navigate, search, and reorder items.
Orders can be searched by PO#, Order Number, Confirmation Number (previously called web order #), and Part Number. You can also sort the orders in your order history either Ascending or Descending by Order Date. If you have multiple accounts that you order for, you can filter which account you wish to view using the Account Drop Down.
Once a you have located the order you are searching for, you can click the green DETAILS button on the right of the order to view its contents. The items in the order will be grouped by the shipment they are under with the tracking number displayed. You can click the tracking number to check the status of the shipment. If there are multiple shipments for your order, you will see the items grouped separately into each shipment with a clickable tracking number for each. If some or all the items on an order have not yet shipped, it will read “PENDING SHIPMENT” under that item grouping. The Quantity beside each item will let you know how many of that item was in that specific shipment.
On each item, clicking the red “View Details” text will take you to that product on the website. Clicking the gray “Add to Cart” button will add this item in your cart. You can adjust the quantity you want to reorder in the “Cart” screen before checking out. If the product is not currently on the website, you will see text that reads “Call to Reorder”.
How do Quotes work on the website? If you have been working with your sales representative or with our customer service team and we have built a quote for you, you can find these quotes on the My Account page by clicking the “My Quotes” button. Once on the Quotes page you can see the items within the quote by clicking “Details” and add them to your cart by clicking “Order”. How do Favorites lists work on the website? To add an item to your favorites list, visits the product on the website. Once on the product page, click the “Add to Favorites” button. You will choose to either add this item to your default “My Favorites” List, to another list you have already created, or you can choose “Create a new list”. You can view all your lists by going to the “My Account” section found at the top of the website, and from there clicking the “My Favorites” button. You can add favorited items directly to your cart from this page.
How do I change my email address/username online? If you have a new email address and would like your online account to reflect that, please call our office at 800-448-6710 or email email@example.com. To update this email address. we will have to delete you from the website and re-register you. You will receive a new welcome email and need to create a new password. What is my password? If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password by resetting it on your own.

All Air shipment charges (Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select) will be charged actual freight.
Orders containing Air Restricted chemicals (hazardous or limited quantity), Lithium Batteries, and other restricted materials will be sent by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Any orders for cases of toilet seats will be shipped ground.
My order was missing some items. How do I get them resent?

How do I return something to Best?
You may contact your Sales Rep or our Returns department by dialing 1-800-448-6710
or emailing us at
email@example.com. Please have the part number you would like to return and your order number available so we can properly process your return. We will email you with a “no cost” UPS return label/ labels and a Return Materials Authorization number. Carefully pack the merchandise, attach the label and give the package to any UPS Driver. Credit will be applied to your account when we receive the merchandise back in resaleable condition. In the event you have placed an exchange, the credit will be applied to that order.My order arrived damaged, what should I do? Please sign for your package as damaged and notify our in house returns department. We will send you a replacement in a timely manner.
