Website Information
How Do I Register for Online Access?
If you are not a current registered online user, please go to the “Registration” page. This can be found on the top right of our header. You will need to register as either “Facilities Maintenance” or “Plumbers & Contractors". Best Plumbing Specialties does not sell to homeowners or wholesalers.
How can I order from your website?
You must have a registered account with us in order to shop. You can search for items via the search bar or browse via the "Shop by Department" Dropdown.
What if I only know the OEM or Manufacturer Part Number?
You can type the OEM or Manufacturer Part Number directly into our search bar and locate items quick and easy!
What is the quickest way to order off your website?
Your time is valuable, the Quick Order tool will help you get the supplies you need so you can get back to the job at hand.
What is my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password by resetting it on your own.
How do I change my email address/username online?

How do Quotes work on your website?
If you have been working with your Sales Rep or with our Customer Service team and we have built a quote for you, you can find these quotes by clicking the account drop-down and then clicking “Quotes”.
How do Favorites Lists work on your website?
To simplify your ordering process, use the My Favorites Lists to organize the products you need and use the most into simple lists. This allows you to add them to your cart in a few clicks.
How does Order History work on your website?
Both online orders and orders placed with your Sales Rep can be found in your order history on the “My Account” Page.

How do I update my account info?
Email [email protected] with the changes you would like to be made.
How can I get a copy of an invoice?
Call Accounting at 1-800-448-6710 x3 or Email [email protected].

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, ACH payments, P-cards and credit cards.
We accept Discover, American Express, Visa & Mastercard
If I have a credit, can I get a refund?
If your account has no past dues, we can issue a refund check. We require the request in writing. Email [email protected].
Are my invoices available online?
You can view copies of your past invoices online from the “My Account”. Click the “Invoices” button to view all invoices with remaining balance. You can find individual invoices by Invoice ID, Invoice Date or Invoice Total.

How can I identify a part in my building?
If you are a registered member, you can contact us on our live chat or send a photo of the part you are trying to identify to our customer service team at [email protected].
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Stock items: 2-3 Business Days
Non-Stock Items: 5-10 Business Days
What is the shipping charge?
Shipping is free on all orders.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is located at 3039 Ventrie Court, Myersville, MD 21773-7817 - But we also direct ship from several hundred manufacturers across the United States.
How do I place orders using my Contract?
Request a Quote HERE - Reference your Contract Number. You can also shop online with contract terms. Once logged in, you will see your Contracted Discount price reflected in the pricing. (Be sure to reference the contract in the registration form)
Is there a shipping charge if I need something sent overnight that is not Standard One-Day Delivery?
All Air shipment charges (Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select) will be charged actual freight.
My order was missing some items, how do I get them resent?
Contact Customer Services with your order number and account info from your packing slip and they will help you get your parts!
Returns
How do I return something to Best?
You may contact your Sales Rep or our Returns department by dialing 1-800-448-6710 or emailing us at [email protected]. Please have the part number you would like to return and your order number available so we can properly process your return.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please sign for your package as damaged and notify our in house returns department. We will send you a replacement in a timely manner.
How long can I return something to Best?
Best Plumbing’s return policy is 60 days from your invoice date.
