D Pipe, Valves, and Fittings has finalized a merger agreement with Delta Distributors effective January 1, 2021. The two groups share a history of serving and advocating for independents, according to AD Chairman and CEO Bill Weisberg. The process engaged AD’s corporate and divisional board members and executive leadership in evaluating the financial and cultural benefits of joining the two groups.
AD believes this merger will allow them to leverage their scale for AD PVF Division members, the AD community, and the new Delta members joining in January. The collective member sales in AD’s PVF Division will be over $11 billion.
For AD, the merger with Delta comes after mergers with Safety Network and IDI.
