This 10 inch granular activated carbon (GAC) inline water filter is perfect for a final polishing filter that is used as the water is leaving the storage tank on its way up to the faucet applications on reverse osmosis systems or as a stand alone ice maker filter. The filter has a 1/4 inch FNPT connection. This filter should be replaced approximately every six months for best results.
