Chicago Faucets 242.980.AB.1 Hytronic Ab Solenoid Kit has been certified by a third party to be compliant with the “Safe Drinking Water Act” requirements for low lead in potable (human consumption - drinking and cooking) and non-potable (non-human consumption) water applications. Faucet solenoid valve replacement parts activate water flow in sensor-operated faucets. They stay closed to stop the flow until the faucet's proximity sensor triggers them. These valves replace valves that fail to turn off water flow.
