It features a bronze body, stainless steel spring, top guided stem, NPT threaded male inlet by threaded female outlet (drain) connection and a non-stick non-stick disc-to-metal seat to assure positive shutoff. The factory pressure setting for saturated steam service is set at 15 psi. This valve has an ASME, section IV rating.
